Our policies are based on old-fashioned beliefs: 'The customer is always right!'. We will try to honor this as much as we are able to, or within good reasoning. If we or our suppliers are unable to agree with your request, you will be given a complete explanation of the reasons.
PuppyDogCarrier Shipping Policy
Most of our products will ship within one or two business days. Most shipping will be done by UPS (United Parcel Service). An exception could be USPS (United States Parcel Service). For the Dens / Crates with the Style # beginning AL, allow 7 to14 business days for shipping.
Our products ship from several locations. We have several suppliers.If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments
We will be able to supply you with Tracking Numbers for mostof our items, not all. The items without Tracking Numbers, we will communicate with you by email. Email for information to:

Your complete satisfaction is important to us!
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of initial order date. All returns must be authorized by email. Email us at: support@puppydogcarrier.com
All returned items must be returned:
-to the address that we provide you with
-must be returned in unused condition, with all documentation
-if product is defective, notify us within 36 hours and return it along with the original product packaging and documentation for replacement orfull credit, including return shipping
-if we make a mistake in shipping, full credit plus shipping
-if you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for the return shipping for proper credit.
-All non warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATIONOR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
